cleantech field engineer
Your Function
As a Cleantech Field Engineer, you will be the key figure in the maintenance of advanced industrial installations. Your expertise will focus on systems such as water reuse and biogas upgrading. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our service department and eventually take on the role of team leader.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional who is looking for a dynamic role with significant responsibilities and growth opportunities within an innovative company in the sustainable energy and water purification sectors.
More generally, you will be involved in a wide range of operational activities within different types of projects. You will enjoy coaching, training and courses to further develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out maintenance and electromechanical interventions on installations built and managed by us.
- Leading projects as a (co-operative) site manager with the potential to grow into a team leader position.
- Working independently and effectively communicating with customers and subcontractors.
- Managing the planning, execution and follow-up of work.
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring the administrative handling of work.
- Ensuring the safety of installations and employees.
Your Profile
- A2 diploma in electromechanics or a bachelor’s degree with a technical background.
- At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance of technical installations.
- Fluent in Dutch, with knowledge of French and English.
- Passion for technology, innovation and sustainability.
- Dynamic, eager to learn and independent.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Flexible, reliable and detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude.
Additional requirements
- Willingness to work on call and on standby.
- Driving license B.
