Your Function

As a Senior Project Engineer you will provide support & deliver solutions for multiple projects, as well in Consultancy Services and Design & Build activities. You will be working in a young and dynamic environment and quickly gain real responsibilities. On top of your general activities as set out below, you will have the opportunity to specialize in various domains such as electrical engineering, automation, CAD design and more. You will enjoy coaching, training and courses to further develop your skills. As experienced engineer you are expected to share your knowledge and skills with your team and coach junior profiles. As Senior Project Engineer you will also have the opportunity to develop and lead departments in your area of expertise.

In general, you will:

Be involved in a wide range of commercial and operational activities within different types of projects;
Be responsible for (process) design and calculation, mass and heat balances, PFD, P&ID’s and other technical documents;
Support the project team in the day-to-day project activities;
Prepare engineering documents such as process design, mass and heat balances, PFD’s and P&ID’s;
Prepare price calculations (including price requests to suppliers) and commercial proposals;
Coordinate procurement with the project team;
Create presentations, notes and reports linked to the projects;
Plan your projects and daily operations in partnership with all stakeholders;
Look for opportunities to optimize current processes throughout your projects.

Your Profile

You have a Bachelor or Master degree with a technical background;
You have 7+ years’ experience in a similar function;
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
You are able to work in a hybrid Microsoft O365 environment;
you are passionate about technology, innovation and sustainability;
You are communicative and a true team player;
You are motivated and eager to learn;
You are capable to work on different domains simultaneously;
You are flexible, reliable and detail oriented, you work in a structured way and have a pro-active mindset;
You can independently plan and manage your priorities and daily operations.
